Chief Instigator Jake Allen (drums) has played with local houston band Olajuwon with friends and member from a band called Tiger Party - tied to the House of Creeps, in addition to drumming for local H-town acts like Flower Graves, Robert Ellis, and Ol' Hag.

Founding guitarist "Buzz" Davis had shared history with Jake from operating the House of Creeps and playing guitar in "tigerparty".

Joshua Lee Hammond on lead guitar brings experiences as diverse as his time with Houston bands Londale (on guitar) and Second Lovers (on drums).

Cory Martin plays bass, cutting his teeth on former gigs with "red dirt" country band Mark Jones & XX Paces, Pleasure Shapes, Golden Cities, and alongside J. Hammond in Londale.

Gia is lead vocals. A singer, dancer, and choreographer, she has performed in a series of venues and theatres such as Queensbury Theatre for the World Premiere of "For Tonight" musical and Juxtapose Arts Collective in the lead role of Diana in "A Chorus Line" as well as several years as a burlesque dancer and songbird in the heart of downtown. This is Gia's music project debut.



Most importantly, Drug Money Sunset is about freedom in expressing yourself, pursuing what you want in life, and taking a moment to enjoy the beauty around you.
